Italian Garlic Chili Oil


  • 1 whole garlic bulb
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • a couple of Calabrian chilis
  • 200 ml mild Olive Oil
  • Resealable Container


  • Chop up your the whole bulb of garlic, as well as your chilis, cover the rest with beeskin S
  • Pick off the Basil leaves, chop them up roughly. If you have excess, simply put them in your beeskin L
  • Put the garlic, chilis and basil in your resealable container and cover it with your favourite mild olive oil.
